How to solve the LED display bright line?

With the popularity of LED displays in modern society, the problem of bright lines has become a common fault that affects the display effect. These abrupt bright lines not only affect the visual experience, but may also signal deeper equipment problems. In order to make its display more perfect, we can pass the following methods to solve:

1.There are three reasons why LED display appears bright line

  • The quality of the product is not pass.
  • Poor line contact or short circuit.
  • The power supply voltage is not stable, resulting in the phenomenon of leakage.
  • Improper operation methods, module connection line failure, directly affecting the display effect of the display.

2.There are three professional solutions

  • First of all, determine whether the power supply is damaged, whether it can be used normally? Because a power supply at the same time to control several unit boards. You can measure whether the output voltage is between 4.9~5.5v. If it is not in this range, it can be determined that the power supply is bad.
  • How to determine whether the control card is damaged? First of all, open the power supply, look at the control card indicator status; if it does not light up, then check whether the 5V voltage is normal, the screen can display the content, if you can display the content, that the control card to display the content of the function is good; and then use the control card software to find out the control card, if it can be successfully recognized, it means that the control card to send the content of the function of a good; if you can not find, check the status of the communication line connection, if the communication line is connected, it is likely to be damaged. If you can’t find it, then check the communication cable connection status, if it is connected, it is very likely that the card has a problem. As long as to meet the above two functions, the control card is normal, any one function is abnormal that need to consider replacing the control card.
  • Check whether the LED panel is damaged, power off to check the connection status of each LED panel; observe whether there is obvious physical damage or burn traces; use the replacement method to test the suspected failure of the LED panel.

3.Maintenance recommendations

  • Regular dusting of the equipment.
  • Prohibit prolonged operation overload.
  • Do a good job of heat dissipation and temperature mechanism.
  • Arrange regular inspection by professional technicians.
